Easy, I just went into the store and talked to the manager who was at the front and i asked him if they needed work. He said yeah and asked if i had a resume on hand and i gave it to him. he looked it over real quick and gave the job on the spot if i filled out the online information.

Scheduled a phone interview and the interviewer never showed up. I was offered a job a few days later with no interview. Huge red flag and I did not take the job.
