First interviewed with a campus recruiter. It was a 2:1 interview. Situational based questions, looking for the STAR response. Fairly easy and straight forward. I recommend asking a lot of questions. If you do well and they think you will be a good fit, there is a second round of interviews with the District Team Leader. This is more of a get to know you type of interview. Also very straight forward. After this, they extended me an offer and I had to submit a drug test. I accepted.
