The interviewer didn't answer their phone, was not reachable when the interview was set to start, and was late for over 20 minutes. The interviewer constantly looked at their phone and was not paying attention whatsoever.

Standard interview with HR and then interviews with teamleads. Very polite and professional behavior. As HR as leads were very high qualified in their respective area. In my opinion, one of the best opportunities to grow up as specialist is to work with them.
