It was about an hour long with questions about my background in sales as well as the eyewear industry. I enjoyed the interview as the manager was a pleasant conversationalist.

I talked to the manager in person and they told me to apply online, I applied online and then they emailed and asked to interview me, i believe it was around 10-15 minutes.
