I was contacted via phone to schedule and interview. I went in and we discussed the position the president asked me a few personal questions (where I originate from, where I used to live *I had just moved back into NJ and we have clients in FL*) as well as some of my work history. I came in for a second interview and worked the position I was possibly being hired for for about an hr. After the hr he spoke with me again informed me that a background check would be performed and if all goes well they will contact me again. I was hired via email.
