Hiring process was fairly simple. I received a phone call and was asked a list of general questions that applied to the job I was applying for. After the interviewer collected the information, I was contacted a couple months later when a position opened up. I then went to Calgary for company specific orientation then off to job sites.

Very brief, face to face interview just to tell job history. Discuss and past convictions or felonies and discuss pay depending on experience. Filled out paperwork that day for background check, got sized for a uniform and made an appointment for a drug test.
