Applied online for a customer service position. Attended Info session. 24 hours later completed assessments. A week later got email to schedule and did zoom interview. Recruiter felt I was overqualified and wanted to pass me to another recruiter who was filling a Marketing position. Did second set of assessments for that role same day. Did second zoom interview with new recruiter same day. Offered job during interview. Accepted. Onboarding began immediately but job didn’t start until a couple weeks later.

the recruiter lied about the job description detailing it to not be a ton of phone calls and mostly backend work and I received an answer on the hiring process within a few days.
