First round: resume background/ experience based questions with a technical manager
Second round: similar to first round but also had a small coding exercise. had a panel of 2 interviewers this time who didn't have the most friendly vibe. super strong engineering vibe. Required coding in Java

Entrevista
The process started off with an initial call with the recruiter who seemed really interested in my skill set and past experience. They shared their company values and how they work towards creating a supportive environment for their employees, which really made me look forward for the role. The conversation went great, was asked some behavioral questions, and was told that I would receive an email with next steps in the interview process shortly. But afterwards, they completely ghosted out and never replied to any of my follow up emails. This did not fit well with the company culture they had described during the call.

Entrevista
3 rounds of interviews each at least 1 week apart. Very inefficient and drawn out process. Not very structured. Was more of a conversation than an actual interview. I was totally ghosted. No feedback, closure, offer, nothing. Totally unprofessional and a waste of time
