Poor recruiting process, even by startup standards. Recruiting manager wrapped phone screen, provided a date they’d be reaching back out to me at the absolute latest to schedule the next interview, and never replied to my email inquiry when that date passed. A month later, I get a generic email notification the role has been filled. Yikes! Applicants, prepare to be strung along.
