I’ve interviewed twice with Tastemade. Both time, shady hiring practices. The first time (2019), I had three interviews. I later found out on LinkedIn that someone started in the position I interviewed for, while I was still interviewing. More recently, (late 2020). Had an interview with recruiter and hiring manager. Followed up multiple times for updates, no response. Ghosted. Recruiters need to be held accountable for their awful hiring practices.
