I applied, and was soon contacted regarding my application. They asked for me to come into the office, and I sat and talked with the owner and a Senior SEO Analyst about why I was interested in the company, my experience, etc.

The interview process was fairly informal. I met with the owner and the operations manager in the owner's office. The owner asked a few basic questions to gauge personality. We didn't really discuss hard skills. I asked about the outlook of the company and received a very deceptive answer. The owner said he expected high growth potential and higher pay available in the future.
