I applied through my college for the process. Initially we had a screening test from which around 200 students were shortlisted for the next round. This screening test consisted of 4 sections..
1.Business communication which had basic English questions
2.networking
3.quants
4.Logical reasoning
After this we all were called for the next level which was group discussion.
We were given the freedom to select the topic. It lasted for 10minutes and everybody in the group was given an opportunity to talk. Out of 12 members only 2 were selected and I was one among them.. then we were sent to the technical hr round. there were 2 technical hr and 1 general hr rounds.. Technical hr is not a big deal if Ur well versed in networking and Ur areas of interest.
