I went in for the campus placements. The first company to come was tcs. it was giving 3.16 lack package. There was a criteria for direct interview. A person with 75% throughout in 10th, 12th and graduation were allowed to sit for direct interview. Others were required to give a written test consisting of aptitude questions and general english questions. As i was amoung those for the direct interview, i was allowed to skip the test. In the interview, 2 people were taking the interview of a single student. One was from technical and the other from HR. Hence the questions consisted of both technical and HR questions. It was overall a wonderful experience.

Easy process focusing on Projects in detail , Coding , Sql queries , OOPs and some managerial questions followed by HR interview. They mostly focus on your confidence and calmness rather than only knowledge. It's better to have good communication and quick thinking in the interview.
