The interview was conducted on a 1:1 basis after an aptitude examination. The communication with the company was done by the college as it was a campus recruitment. Advice for other candidates would be to have a good knowledge of their core subjects as well as keep in touch with the outer world, i.e, keep a level of general awareness.
