I have recent attended an interview for senior position. The interviewer was asking very basic questions and stick to only one tool which is outdated from market. When you are interviewing for y senior position concentrate on subject instead of options within the tool..and he doesn't know any skills which are mentioned in job description..put right persons in interview panel to select right candidates..
