I was contacted by a recruiter from a call centre who coordinated the interview with their office in Toronto. However, they constantly called my phone (About 8 times) to double check if I was still good to attend even though I confirmed the date of the interview which I found a little annoying.
Conveniently there wasn't any big hiring process for this opportunity and they just called me straight to their office for the technical interview. I met an HR representative first to go over some basic behavioural questions and then their tech lead came to continue the technical aspect of the interview.
The interview went smoothly and even provided feedback for me towards the end which I really found insightful. They really expect you to know the ins and outs of Java so I'd spend a bit of time of just reviewing some fine details of the platform.
