worst company recruitment process I have came across. they will take the interview and ask you to upload the documents as well and after alll this process they will tell you they can't give you any hike..is not that is something which needs to be discussed first? I mean seriously why would anyone would be willing to join you in the same salary? it's fine you don't have work but as a candidate it takes a lot..out time, knowledge,hopes and efforts.. terrible culture and when you ask the same question to HR they will directly tell you it's your perspective ....is this what TCS stands for?

Low key acess, no proper interview rooms or slots. Company standards are good but salary is very low for the role. And no one site offers, promotions or hike. But job stability is very high.
