Selection procedure is quite mormal as any other mnc’s selection process. Please find below the steps,
Profile needs to be uploaded to the tcs carrer portal.
Shortlisted based on your expertise and the requirement.
Technical interviews is the first step. The number of rounds of interviews depend on the requirement. There should be minimum of two to maximum of four.
After you go through all these process, you are advanced to Managerial/HR round for salary and other discussions
Then comes the back ground varification (BGC) process once you are through the interview process, which is consodered as one of teh strict and vigilant process. So please think again if you are not what you have mentioned in your resume.
Then you finaly get your offer letter once you have cleared the BGC process.

The process was easy and questions were mainly on basic .net related like ref vs out const vs read-only delegates etc and also some sql related questions on stored procedures and functions
