The worst process I have seen so far. I have given interview with TCS three times till now and cleared every time but turned out to be a wastage of time. There is only one technical round where the technical panel is accompanied with the manager who continues with the managerial discussion on the same call. These round was smooth for me all the three times. However after this there is documentation which is followed by HR discussion. I had HR discussion all the three times but no use. In one of the HR rounds I agreed to whatever HR said and also agreed to whatever package TCS could offer still I got a regret mail. After this incident it was clear that you don't need skills to work with TCS. All you need is LUCK. Keep trying until luck favors you.

Overall the interview was around basics of java programming and oracle. The difficulty level of questions would be easy. It is about java streams and oracle joins. Finding the largest salary of an employee, foreign key relationship
