The interview was fine. Basic questions about experience using the platform. The issue was after getting the offer (which took quite awhile to receive), I stated I would need time to review it (7 days were allowable). That’s when the calls started, upward of 14 calls per day, plus text messages, emails, LinkedIn messages, and they even added me on a WhatsApp account that I never use requesting a shortened timeline on accepting. This was a clear indicator not to take this role. Seems like other folks have had a decent enough experience with this group, but overly pushy tactics when I’ve asked for time to review an offer does not give me a sense of ease.
