We were each taken in for an interview from a common room. I was set up for an interview in a room with one person interviewing me. It started on a negative note when he was asking me coding questions based on C# considering that I did not have C# on my resume as well as the fact that I was interviewing for a data position and not a software development position. From there on I felt like the tone of the interview was completely negative with the person interviewing me having a one track mind and no proper way of taking the interview. Overall it was a scarring experience and I think it was extremely unprofessional because the person interviewing me went on to tell me that no data job is stable and I should venture into coding if I want to survive.

I applied to the Entry Level Data Analyst position on LinkedIn and also reached out to the recruiter, who immediately replied and asked for my visa status, graduation date, and my GPA. He also asked for my transcript which I provided, after which he said he will schedule my interview ASAP. I did not hear from him or anyone else from the company afterwards. About one week after the initial conversation, I reached out to him again and politely asked him to follow up with the interview scheduling status. He said he will check and get back to me. He did not get back to me so I reached out one final time after 3 more days. No reply at all. I would have appreciated if he openly told me I did not advance to the interview stage instead of leaving me with no replies.
