There was lack of communication from the start. Interviewers and managers and HRs are not at all in sync and are very innefficient(Talking only about the people I was communicating with) The worst part is the interviewers ask the candidates to turn the camera on but they do no do the same. They showed unprofessional behavior by not replying to emails. I had to wait 3.5 months after accepting the offer to hear back about the joining. On the day of joining they wanted me to relocate to different location where as they agreed upon remote work before they send the offer. Overall, 0/5 stars for the company culture and the Managers and HRs. Worst people to work with.

I was interviewed from TCS Ernakulam office. Only had a face to face technical interview. Interview was very easy. I thought I will definitely get the job. But after the interview, they told me that I am not fit for the project. I was the last person who interviewed there. Before that, they called someone for the second round interview. So they might have already selected him before even interviewing me.
