Online mode interview on Microsoft teams. There are multiple panel in interview which come from different different state HR. They usually ask about project and focus is on power system so understand concept. Preferred to talk in sort
Tata power came in my college in January and the process occurred in February
1st. technical test of about 2 hrs
and after 2-3 weeks they called shortlisted students
2nd. interview was of 30-45 mins only

The process is simple. First of all you need to crack the aptitude+ technical test then go through Technical interview+ HR interview then Psychrometric test then asynchronous test and finally you need to crack the HR round after all the clear round you received email from company
