it was very nice working there. if you are someone who has interest to go for core electrical or mechanical roles, tata steel is for you as a government job(almost). you just need to have good basics and good projects to show case.

First, there was resume shortlisting. then there was an online test with questions comprising aptitude, verbal, and core related. Then there was an interview round with technical and HR. The questions asked were about my technical knowledge and the projects mentioned in my resume.
