Interview process was very brief. Before Physical face to face interview, they had taken a telephonic technical interview. Even though I was short on the desired experience criteria I was offered a role and company waited for 6 months to finish my one year at the previous employer. Communication from HR office was very delayed and needed follow up every time.

It was a great interview experience that focused on fundamental understanding of mechanical engineering. The second interview was behavior based. The interviewers made sure the candidate was relaxed and it was a two way conversation.
