Got a call from Tavant saying my profile is shortlisted. I was called for 2 to 3 hours face to face interview procedure on Saturday. I am from BI background currently working on Hadoop. Seeing my profile, interviewer said they are looking for Hadoop resource with programming backgound. I felt negative about interview experience because they should think about that while shortlisting the profile. Rather they wasted my half day barely asking any interview questions. I suggest management to improve quality of interview procedure and shortlist properly.
