My interview was conducted over the phone with two account managers. The interview consisted of typical questions about my education, prior work experience and the goals I hoped to achieve by working at Tayloe Gray. It was a conversational, low-pressure interview and I could tell the interviewers were not following a pre-scripted list of questions.
