I was contacted by a recruiter via phone to schedule an on-site interview. He left a msg. for me which I returned the following day. I reached back out multiple times via email and phone and still no return call or message. If Taylor Corp. wishes to attract top talent then they should make sure that their recruiters who are the first face to many prospective employees are treated respectfully. Given the experience I had - I will never apply for another job at this company.
