The job was listed on Archinect and I was granted an interview in late November. It went well in that both partners made it a comfortable environment to be myself. The interview was held on a large couch arrangement with my resume in one partner's hand. A few weeks later there were additional phone interviews (not the other way around) until I received an offer.
