Entrevista
The hiring and recruiting process was quite simple and interesting. I enjoyed every stage and the interviewers were nice and professional too. It started with a phone interview and then I got interviewed with three members of the team: the Regional Manager, the Site Manager, and the Site Trainer. Afterwards, I took a brief assessment to gauge aptitude and professionalism in an email. I received an offer but declined the offer after a proper consideration. Salary was a little low when compared to the cost of living in Costa Rica. According to the terms of the contract, i will also be responsible for relocation expenses, rent et al. The salary would definitely not cover all this expenses.

Employment process started with a call interview from HR asking some
Basic questions on the applied role then was invited for an onsite test which includes Technical questions, Oral test and Typing test. You ll know if you pass as the other tests are dependent on passing the first technical test.
