Mostly putting the focus on themselves and what they'll need from you with little to no space for negotiations (salary).

The Kool-Aid is strong here, so if you can speak fluent corporatese, have low pay requirements, and express excitement at any mention of pizza parties you will shine like a gem. Tell them what they want to hear because you need a job.
