3 hour long interview consisting of a one-on-one interview, a group task, a situational role play and a personal evaluation. The questions asked where based on the key competencies they sent over so you can prepare very well for the exam.

A half-day assessment centre. This included an individual interview based around Teach First's main competencies which lasted around 20 minutes. We also had to complete a group task and a role play exercise.
