Primary selection is on the basis of application submission, after that there will be online text for 30 minutes. If anyone pass the online test, they will shared a link for virtual face to face interview. After passing virtual interview, there will be full day assessment.

Then they will arrange a one-hour session for you to assist you in writing their 7-8 page long application. In the writing exam, the questions are really easy. The trick is to stick to the basics. but write within 10 minutes. there will be two questions in Bengali and in English. You need to answer both questions within the due time. Group discussion requires how much you contribute in a group, and how you communicate with others. always be respectful towards others, and provide space for everyone. Demo class: is totally up to you. you need to remember which grade you are focusing on. and prepare your content easily. Interview: here the recruiter will ask you all sorts of things to identify if you are suitable for the job. The fellowship requires numerous deliverables, creative ideas, and the will be the change.
