I submitted my application and got a quick phone interview, which was rescheduled by the hiring manager and I thought went really well. I had the right experience and a stake in their mission. I was ghosted after multiple times following up with the hiring manager. It was really frustrating and sad because I really wanted to work there in the internal comms role.
