Applied online and received an email a week later for a phone interview with the external recruiter. Not even after 15 minutes of interview, the HR told me I didn't suit the job because my accent was "too strong". It was clear to me that my accent would never be "British" as I'm not ... I found it really rude to make me loose my time like this (it was written in black and white on my resume that I wasn't from England).
