Applied online, spoke to HR in New York, then HR in London, followed by 2 rounds of interviews. It was overall a bit slow, as this was a new role I figured they weren't in a rush since there was no one to replace. My final interview was meant to be with 2 separate guys, only one bothered to show up, the other never even gave his colleague a heads up that he couldn't make it, very unprofessional in my opinion. After the final interview they said they would get back to me in about a week. I followed up a week later and HR never bothered to reply. I emailed them again the following week said this was really terrible practice, I had accepted an offer elsewhere so tbh not to bothered, just think its incredibly rude to disregard candidates time like that.... The HR girl said the missed my first follow up email (how convenient). Not left with a great impression overall....
