Phone interview with team in WA/Perth Video call with hiring manager Further interview either in person or video with the hiring manager's boss So the HR team was good and passionate, set up the interview way ahead of time and actually knew a thing or two about the general direction of the company. The hiring manager was nice on the surface, until they weren't (IYKYK) and outright mentioned style of management is dictatorship. The line went cold from both after the interview, I never heard back and it would seem they found their "yes man" to just action and not question anything

The hiring manage was late and not willing to turn on the camera. She wasn't very focused, just went through standard technical questions and finished the call. It seems she is not sincerely doing the interview and not prepared. The questions are directly from the internet and she is not patient at all.
