3 rounds of interview. First it's a take home project (if you worked as a QA before this is not really a complicated task), then a phone screen by the manager (some questions about your background), and in-person interview with few people.

First they make you do a take home test, which was a mock test plan of any mobile app. Then if you move onto the next step in the interview process, you hop on a 15min call. The interviewer was honestly more nervous than I was... using the words "you know" every other word, which made it hard to follow what he was saying. Then the interviewer said my next step would be an in-person technical, and I should expect it in 2 weeks. 2 weeks later, no update. The interviewer then said the company had some backup so things are delayed, but it's been almost 3 months with no update.

I applied for a QA Analyst position at Mobot, where I engaged in a 20-minute screening interview with the hiring manager. The discussion was focused on my ability to create test plans for mobile apps, like Instagram. Despite a positive interview experience, I was not advanced in the selection process, which I suspect was due to my need for sponsorship. Shortly after, I received an email from Mobot suggesting that my skill set would be a better fit for their Customer Operations team. This pivot in roles indicated a proactive approach by the company to place candidates where they can thrive. Although I didn’t pursue the initial role I applied for, the overall experience was efficient and professionally handled.
