2 in-person interviews with management and a typing test. There was a phone interview before the in-person interview as well. Meeting with other team members, this was all before COVID. Interviews are now via zoom.

Interview process went well, Mandi is really nice. She was upfront about the job , the hours and the pay. I then did an assessment on my typing by listening to a call track of examples of patients calling in.
