The recruitment process was very organized and expeditious. There was a first interview, and if it went well, the next would take place in a few minutes. The decision was also swift, and I appreciated how my concerns and recommendations were taken into account.

The interview process consisted of three rounds. The first round was a call from HR. The second round was an interview with the managers where it was focused on technical capabilities. The third interview was a business case with the directors. For me, the interview process was flexible and exciting. The last interview was interesting as I gave a complicated answer but it turns out the answer was very simple so I was surprised but also pleased. The HR was helpful and explained the process in detail while the managers were nice and collaborative.
