It was a Two step interview process. The first round was technical and managerial and the second round(Director round) is purely about the leadership and management skills . The process was pretty fast and smooth.

process from application to submission to offer was smooth and transparent. they have an online portal that gives you update of where things stand. submission to offer was about 2,5 weeks.
