Entrevista
You apply online through their website & then you get a spark hire one way interview. If they are happy with that, you will be contacted for a second interview with 2 recruitment members (one is an industrial psychologist) & after that, you might get an interview with the relevant manager to see if you fit the role and will be able to work in that setting. The second interview is very chilled- they try to make you as at ease as possible. They will, however, avoid questions regarding their high staff turnover as well as any questions regarding growth within the company. They will use company culture as the main selling point & will explain that because the company is growing and expanding, there is potential for growth. They also don’t disclose what the current market salary is for the position.

Entrevista
Interviewer wasn’t as friendly as the company portray their culture to be. I felt the interview wasn’t balanced and I wasn’t given time to respond appropriately. I was rejected about 30 minutes after the interview with a generic email and no constructive feedback.
