Three rounds. First and second one online with the HR and Team Lead, respectively, to get to know each other. Third one on-site. The technical questions were asked during the meet the team round which was unexpected and they were extremely vague.

The interview at Tecan for the Motion Control Engineer role went well; the team was friendly and created a welcoming atmosphere. However, the technical aspects discussed were less engaging than expected based on the job ad, which was a bit disappointing.
