The overall process of slection was quite good. It started with the Online Aptitude Test which involved the Quantitative & Verbal Tests of 40 minutes each. The english has quite many number of questions. The selected candidates were made to face a Technical Interview which involved skills evaluation & also testing your skills on some problem soling techniques.

it has 3 rounds…first 2 are telephonic rounds and for the third one you have to visit the office. They focus on your communication skills and also take mock calls to check how well you can handle the customer queries by providing a solution or an alternative
