Entrevista
There was an aptitude test in college recruitment drive. This was followed by one technical interview and HR round.
The technical interview was easy and was mostly about major projects done in engineering. Whereas HR interview was a generic/typical interview with questions like :
1) Tell me about yourself
2) What can improvements would you like to see in your city?
3) Are you planning for higher studies?
4) Would you like to relocate to some a non-native place if required?

it has 3 rounds…first 2 are telephonic rounds and for the third one you have to visit the office. They focus on your communication skills and also take mock calls to check how well you can handle the customer queries by providing a solution or an alternative

The interview was conducted by a senior person who was very kind and polite. He asked me technical questions as well as behavioral aspects. He was trying to understand the overall personality.

Technical Interview - moderate question related to Tech stack required by project or mentioned in Resume. Once it is clear, Next round will be Manager Interview. This might be less Technical but can expect few Technical or scenario based questions followed by HR Interview at last
