Aptitude test was one of the toughest I ever gave, "Shakuntala Devi" type questions, they really test our analytical skills.
Personal interview/HR round was okay since with typical HR type questions to test your loyalty, flexibility, attitude etcI was a fresher with < 6 months experience. Offer letter took almost 3 months to arrive after interview process was over.
After selection we had 6 months training programme almost like an extended college period where they teach you foundation of every IT technology currently popular in market including some hands on work on live project at the end of the programme.
The interview process consisted of three rounds. The first round was a technical screening focused on Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, SQL, and object-oriented programming concepts. The second round involved project discussions, problem-solving scenarios, and questions about microservices architecture and debugging production issues. The final round was with the hiring manager, covering my experience, teamwork, communication skills, and career goals. The interviewers were professional, and the overall process was smooth and well-organized.
