Requires good communication skills. Basic logic and aptitude . Both written and verbal skills . 1st Hr round then 2 more rounds and finally an assessment . They take reassurance from candidate for full time dedication to work. They also provide training .Hiring staff is very supportive .

Step by step process was provided-chairs were bit unfortable but rest was good - quite simple actually - Process is also streamlined doesn't take a long time and within couple 2-3 days I got the offer as well.
