Tres rondas de entrevistas, la primera con RH para evaluar tanto tu experiencia como la empresa, si hay match en la misma entrevista se evalúa tu nivel de ingles, en la segunda ronda hay una entrevista técnica donde se evaluan tus conocimientos y tu experiencia laboral, de estar todo en orden hay una tercera entrevista con un manager, quien te platica mas a fondo la vida laboral y ambos evalúan si vale la pena continuar con el proceso. Cada uno de las personas que me evaluaron me hicieron sentir cómodo y me ayudaron a entender si TechM era una buena opción para mi.
The interview process consisted of three rounds. The first round was a technical screening focused on Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, SQL, and object-oriented programming concepts. The second round involved project discussions, problem-solving scenarios, and questions about microservices architecture and debugging production issues. The final round was with the hiring manager, covering my experience, teamwork, communication skills, and career goals. The interviewers were professional, and the overall process was smooth and well-organized.
