Very bad and it takes usually 2-3 weeks. They are hiring candidate but they don't know their own process of hiring. HR payal says sometime it will 3 or 4 round they are not cleared about their round. Waste of time and energy giving interview at techbridge consultancy. Interviewers is not having knowledge. If candidate is not having knowledge how he/she is cleared 1 st technical round and processed for 2 nd round. What HR will give reason they you don't have even basic knowledge without basic knowledge how any candidate can clear his interview. If they want to hire why they are wasting candidate time . HR will give nonsense reason for rejecting you no update on your application if you called her or message her many time. Wasting time only . Don' t go for this company.
