no interview process. i went through goodwill and was accepted into the program. goodwill asked basic questions about my background. it was an easy process and im honestly continuing to type since 30 words are required.
Two behavioral and one technical interview, all followed by time to ask questions. The interview was conducted by the person who was managing me directly. Interviews lasted 45 minutes each.
